They were not even busy and I waited almost 25 minutes for no greeting no water nothing. Two lady’s with baby strollers walked in after me and I noticed they already had drinks on their table and the server was placing their food! I stood up and walked in and waved them down like what the hell? She just shrugged at the front desk and looked at me. I sat back down and waited a few more minutes NOTHING. I used to like this place but SERVICE MEANS EVERYTHINGGGGGG!!! As a person in service myself I’m shocked and deeply disappointed. It may be a good idea to retrain your staff. The atmosphere was wonderful, the food was exquisite, and the service was friendly and attentive. A special shout-out to Mike, the manager, for accommodating all our requests and making sure the event was a success. Our guests couldn't stop praising the food and drinks!
