I ordered the sausage... read more Went to Portillo?s based on a recommendation. It was good! The staff was friendly and helpful. The cashier was in training which was fine. I ordered the sausage and Italian beef with peppers bowl with a Ceasars salad. It was really good. They also gave me ahalf roll with butter. We were sitting in the back room that closes at 9:00pm. The worker was definitely letting us know withoutsaying ?you need to leave?. He was wiping all the tables around us and stacking the chairs on the tables. He was sweet; however,it would have been nice if the worker communicated the closing to us. However, I would definitely return as the food is alwaysgood.

Always delicious! We love eating at Portillo?s! We went to celebrate my wife?s birthday?. we got there early and pulled some tables together and made room for 13 people. There was plenty of room. Ordering the food was easy. There isalways a little wait for the food?. but it is worth it! Everything was DELICIOUS!!! I highly recommend Portillo?s!

The... read more The Walmart of hot dog restaurants. Seen a bunch of people post about Portillo?s online. Saying how great it is. The staff acted like they hated their job. The place was dirty. The food was bland. Ordered the large dogs. Makes me wonder how small theregulars are. Tastes like Bar-S hot dogs. The chili cheese dog was messy. Not in the good way. Onion rings tasted like ones youget from the freezer section at Sam?s club.

The famous cake shake is DENSE! it's like a meal itself. Service is speedy and organized. Lunch rush has lines out into theside roads. They have staff outside taking orders. My order was 10 min late. Just make sure to order ahead and account for somewait time since they get suuuuuper busy. Not their fault.

Every time I find myself in Wisconsin I always stop in the Brookfield store. If you've never experienced Portillo's beef you are doing yourself a disservice. So stop in ASAP!
