Description

Jamba Juice in Brookfield offers delicious smoothies and a vibrant atmosphere that many customers appreciate, praising the quality and craft behind their drinks. Regulars love favorites like the Razzmatazz and wheatgrass shots, often returning despite occasional ingredient shortages. However, some visitors note inconsistent service, including unacknowledged customers and staff appearing disengaged, which detracts from the overall experience. While the location shines with attentive, friendly employees at times, inconsistent ingredient availability and varying service quality suggest room for improvement before it can truly earn five-star status. Fans remain hopeful as the potential for greatness is clearly present.

Very disappointed that they're always out of basic ingredients that can be found at Pick n Save down the street. I just tried to order three different drinks and left without getting anything.

Great drinks and service, but the hours are never updated online, the website ordering rarely functions, and some items on the menu are randomly unable to be made at certain times of the day. I love what I get here when I?m not turned away by a sign onthe door stating that they?re closed for no discernible reason.

Absolutely not happy. They are not open and I still paid for a smoothie online and there's nobody there for me to pick it up. The doors are locked. At 2:13 in the afternoon on a Friday.

These hours aren't accurate. They close whenever they want to. I stopped by there just now at 3:00 and it was closed. I guess just an ongoing trend

I started going here after my appointments. I don?t live in Brookfield, but I always stop to get a smoothie. I enjoyed the smoothies that were being made at this location. I thought they were doing a good job. However, they must?ve hired a new personor someone that now has their shift at the same time I come there. This is the second time I?ve seen her. Anyway, she usuallywears her mask below her nose, and she made my drink today. So, I already knew there was an issue because it was lighter thanyesterday (I got the orange c booster). But, I tasted it and it was the consistency of a slushie and tasted faintly of orangejuice but mainly ice, watery. She seemed upset and had someone else make it. But, she poured the remade drink into the cup andas I said, ?thank you,? there was no response. Then, I heard her say, have a nice day and such to the customer behind me. Ithought that was extremely rude and off putting. I spent 6+ dollars on a drink. It was nothing personal. The drink did not tasteright. And honestly, it wasn?t that much better after remaking it. Yesterday, someone else made the drink, and it was delicious, which is why I ordered it today. Drinks should be made with consistency where I?m not concerned by who is making them. Andservice should be good as long as people are being respectful. I won?t be going out of my way to come here ever again.
