The f... read more I usually don't like to leave reviews if its bad. But this time was the final straw. My fiancé and I are appalled at the lack of service at this Chipotle. The food is always tasty, and the restaurant is clean. However, it ALWAYS seems that we are gettingin the way of the employee's conversations amongst themselves or their phone time. It really doesn't take much to feel welcomein a business. Nobody is friendly or has a smile on their face. And besides the food being good, the thing I take away from thisbusiness is the bad customer service, or lack there of completely. Will be going to the location on Hwy. 100 from now on.

I was there at 10:30 the sign said they opened at 10:45 I watched the worker unlock every other door but the front door.. it was another lady who pulled up at next to me at opening time it was not until she approached the door thatthey actually unlocked it and that was almost 11:00..They were not the best it was my first time there.. they were nothelpful..I tried ordering the kids meal they gave her a full size meal I didn't get the guacamole I ordered and oddly enoughthey did not come with any tortillas not even on the side. For being freshly open the food look like it had been left over fromthe night before..nothing looked freshly made and nothing tasted the best
