We had booked for a couple over the Christmas period. Somehow and don't ask me how we did this but we messed up the dates for the booking. You can imagine the panic on an early Sunday morning when I looked at my calendar on the computer and realised the error. What Pat Crowther doesn't like about Premier Inn Gloucester (little Witcombe):
Arrived on Friday teatime and greeted by a very pleasant young lady who was very helpful. After about an hour we went over to the adjoining Beefeater restaurant where we had to queue for about 10 minutes before they found us a table because we hadn’t booked even though the restaurant wasn’t busy. There appeared to be at most two staff including the young lady on reception who was called to help out in between checkin... View all feedback.

The food was mediocre to say the least as my husband’s lasagne was not very hot and my steak was as though as old boots!, The bed in our room wasn’t very comfortable either and not a Hypnos mattress as premier inn advertise. All in all not a great experience and unfortunately we won’t return.
