The interior definitely needs some remodeling; it had an outdated 80s vibe that felt rather grimy. Unsure of what to order, I went with the gyro plate. The portions could have been larger, and I was surprised to receive only one pita bread, which was cut into four pieces for some reason. The service was a bit hit-or-miss, as there seemed to be only one waitress handling all the tables. I often had to flag her down for coffee and the check. I'm giving it a generous three stars, as I might have visited on an off day and perhaps didn't choose the best dish.

While some of... read more I've been enjoying breakfast and lunch at this restaurant since 1985, and the meals consistently impress. It’s one of those wonderful local gems. While some of the older staff can be a bit grumpy, the overall experience is great. My absolute favorite dish is the Jackie Special. The daily specials offer excellent value for the quality and portion size. Just a heads up—weekends can get pretty bustling!
