I ordered two sandwiches at 2 PM, and they we... read more I want to share my experience using Grubhub, but I can't leave a review on their site since my order was canceled. I ordered two sandwiches at 2 PM, and they were supposed to arrive by 3 PM. It seemed odd that it would take so long for sandwiches that are only a mile away, but I was willing to wait. However, by 3:20 PM, my food still hadn’t arrived. I called Grubhub, and they contacted the driver, who was still at Subway. At that point, I decided to cancel my order. Clearly, their delivery service is lacking. The few reviews I found on Grubhub also indicate that drivers do not treat customers well. I've eaten at this restaurant before without any problems, but they really should be removed from delivery platforms since they can't seem to manage their responsibilities effectively. I wouldn't recommend ordering online from them at all.

The food is consistently tasty, the service towards the clients is efficient. I often go to this restaurant and I not even once was unhappy. I recommend it to all my friends.
