How can deep dish b... read more Why did you offer thin crust? I made the mistake of ordering it by accident, and it turned out to be one of the biggest mistakes of my life. How can deep dish be so delicious, while thin crust is the complete opposite? Please consider removing it from your menu. Thank you! Deep dish gets 4.5 stars from me!

I ordered their deep dish pizza with sausage, and there was nothing good about it. It was lacking sufficient sauce—about 20% of it was dry—and it didn’t have much cheese either. The sausage was tasteless, and there were parts that were either overly thick with it or completely lacking. This was the worst pizza I’ve ever experienced. Honestly, it made Domino’s look gourmet by comparison.

My parents bring us these every ye... read more Just removed (the non-airtight) lid of a frozen carry-out, Sausage deep dish. It 's become soooo tiny. Wow are they skimping. My parents bring us these every year because we are out of state. Yay for us but we miss our amazing Chicago pizza! At one time you could see an 1/8 to 1/4 of an inch of the crust. Now, some parts are close to 1 inch. Less pizza more crust. Very sad. I will still give it four stars, well because it is Lou 's of course. We were just hoping something so good would never change, but it has. I just hope they don 't charge too much for this little thing!
