The manager at this location, Amira (or Amyra—I'm not sure of the spelling), is very rude. Overall, the staff lacks professionalism, especially during the afternoon shift. I've noticed unsanitary practices, like staff wearing acrylic nails for food handling, bonnets, and hats worn backwards. It's understandable why the team behaves this way when the manager sets such a poor example. I choose this location because I prefer their drinks over others nearby, but I spend too much money here to be treated in this manner. To give credit where it's due, Taylor and Andreas have always been professional, friendly, and make the best drinks.

To make matt... read more I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. I spent $40, and it felt like throwing money away because the food was in poor condition. To make matters worse, they didn’t even provide me with a drink! I was helped by a lady with black hair working at the red cash register. I wish I could have returned my purchase, but it was too far from home, and the kids were already exhausted from walking to the car. Just a warning to anyone considering dining here.

Get all the way back to the store and they had an attitude when I asked for it to be remade, telling me that I’ll have to wait 15 minutes just for a sandwich they make in the microwave . Save your money this location is trash!
