There is a wide selection of different sushi to try. Sometimes they do run out of certain kinds. Customer service is mostly good. The staff are attentive and friendly. Unfortunately, there are times where I've ordered food with friends or family that has just never come out, or it took asking multiple times to receive it. It's understandable when it's busy but when it's not it seems a bit odd.
