Stopped at this place for a drink and discovered the whole menu was vegan! What a great surprise! We had the nachos and the sticky date pudding. Updated from previous review on 2022-11-26 View all feedback.
Love this place so much ???? I've been wanting to go try this place for months but didn't get around to it until last week. I didn't even realise the whole menu was vegan til we got there and it only makes me love this place that much more. The food is absolutely amazing and is definitely a new favourite of mine! There is so many different choices of drinks at the bar that are fairly unique compared to other bars in the area. To make everything a hundred time better it's also an game arcade so there plenty of entertainment. There's even games that are free to play if you're a bit strapped for cash but mostly I love the pinball machines
Great friendly atmosphere although if you're not shy everyone one is friendly accomodating and is more than happy to share their table. Great vegan food full of flavour, also meat options on every meal, they are just extra
Way to make something so geeky into something so modern and cool! The bar serves a stellar collection of local beers, and the menu is vegetarian/vegan-by-default which is bold considering we're talking about a bar! But the menu is excellent and works amazingly well, and if you're really turned off by the vego/vegan thing, there are plenty of 'meat options', which makes me giggle to say out loud :) Obviously, the place doubles as a retro-video games parlour, and as such, the atmosphere is busy and loud. I'm surprised by the diversity of customers. I expected this place to cater to a small niche of slightly older nostalgic types, but there's people of all sorts having a great time. What you get is a unique and inclusive social mix. Bested all my expectations, so I'll gladly award 5 stars! My only downer is; the video games tokens are too expensive. Consider reducing the price a nudge, some of these games really chew through the tokens!
The entire menu is vegan so it was fantastic to have all the options also had GF options and you can choose to swap for dairy cheese or meat if you happen to be with a non vegan. Food was yum and decor/atmosphere was brilliant! Gonna have to go back to work my way thru their menu!
