Dirty and disgusting with rude staff.  Had the unfortunate experience of booking our Xmas function here.  They didn't bother bringing good out until 1... read more Dirty and disgusting with rude staff.  Had the unfortunate experience of booking our Xmas function here.  They didn't bother bringing good out until 15 minutes before the function ended - 4 hours without food - that we paid over $4K for.  No response from management or owners.  Filthy and vile - go somewhere nice as this place is simply the pits.

Bad, bad and bad(( ruined our girls night out. Have booked a table and two platters(seafood and a meat one) for 5 people 5 days prior. Paid for the food online.... read more Bad, bad and bad(( ruined our girls night out. Have booked a table and two platters(seafood and a meat one) for 5 people 5 days prior. Paid for the food online. Had an email that the payment have been reserved. Upon arrival they told me that I owe them $120 for the food. Of course I didn't have the printed confirmation with me because I never experienced problems like that before in any other places. Tried to convince them that I have paid and it seemed to work. Ok they bringing us the meat platter- two dishes with meatballs!!! For $60!!! After a long talk with the staff they finally got us a proper nice platters. Can't fail the food-it was nice. Finished our food and decided not to stay there anymore But!!! Of course they asked us either to pay for the food or show them the confirmation email!! Had to call husband to sent it on my phone and felt myself like I was stealing something from them(( disgusting. No communication between management and staff in that place obviously. That's basically it(( was very upset when I came out from there. Never again((
