It's perplexing how there can be such a significant gap in quality between stores. It's clear that KFC Franchising requires a robust quality assurance and training program. We won't be returning. I hav... read more This restaurant is terrible. The employees are completely incompetent. This location reflects poorly on the KFC brand nationwide because of how bad it is. I have been here several times over the years and the food is always sloppy and the order is always incorrect. The drive-through is probably the worst in the country. They need to fix their speakers at the drive-through. This place is in disrepair and it's obvious that no one who works there cares about their job or providing good customer service. Food quality: 1/5.

Every time I order from here, the food is packaged improperly, messy, and sometimes missing items. The takeout service for lunch is subpar. The prices are between A$1-20 per person. The food quality, service, and atmosphere all received a rating of 1 out of 5. I would not recommend any dishes, particularly the Total Mess of a Burger.
