Sadly the chips for soggy and my... read more Went to this place for a feed of the yummy special herbs and spuces coated chicken and chips with the dusting of special salt. Sadly the chips for soggy and my order was not correct. No napkins or the traditional old hand wipes to be found in the packet and no spoon for the gravy. Sadly most KFC stores now days have soggy chips, missing napkins and spoons when needed. I know this is minor stuff, however it is how it used to be when I grew up and its the little things that make the difference. Staff were great and the store was mostly clean, I just suggest to them to get back to their traditional roots of clean stores and the napkins and spoons and then bring back the old crunchy chips.

It's perplexing how there can be such a significant gap in quality between stores. It's clear that KFC Franchising requires a robust quality assurance and training program. We won't be returning. I hav... read more This restaurant is terrible. The employees are completely incompetent. This location reflects poorly on the KFC brand nationwide because of how bad it is. I have been here several times over the years and the food is always sloppy and the order is always incorrect. The drive-through is probably the worst in the country. They need to fix their speakers at the drive-through. This place is in disrepair and it's obvious that no one who works there cares about their job or providing good customer service. Food quality: 1/5.
