It's a new restaurant in Brisbane that offers Fusion Indian cuisine. We both found it to be an excellent choice, with a lovely ambiance and stunning views of the Brisbane River, South Bank, and the Brisbane Wheel. The menu had a variety of enticing options, and everything we tried was delicious and thoughtfully prepared. Just a tip: if you like your food a bit spicier, consider ordering your dishes accordingly, as the medium heat we chose was milder than I expected. The waitstaff were attentive, friendly, and very accommodating. The restaurant features an open bar area, ample seating, and private dining rooms, making it a great spot for various occasions. I highly recommend visiting to sample more of their offerings!

The food was a thoughtfully crafted blend of contemporary Indian fusion, and we shared several dishes that were simply outstanding. The atmosphere, decor, and views were breathtaking. The staff were friendly and attentive, eager to offer us suggestions. I can't wait to return!

The terrace was reser... read more I decided to have my employees Christmas party at Heritij in 2018 after having recently had a wonderful meal with my wife for my birthday. The terrace was reserved for us at 17.30 for drinks and appetizers that came out over an hour. We had delicious Bhaji, Rendang Lamb, Pomegranate Prawns and Portobello Beignet. That was just delicious! We were then picked into our private dining room (Wine Room), where 2 waiters brought us food to be admired with his presentation, then eaten. We had Haryali Chicken, Goan Fish, Masahari, Spinach Kofta to name some of the really wonderfully prepared dishes. Our waiting staff was very attentive and efficient. Special thanks to Chef Parag (apologies if I didn't blow his name correctly) who ran the kitchen service like the clockwork. Thank you to Randi who helped coordinate the event and plan the dinner. The views are fantastic from the terrace and the mood over cool, the waitresses, attentive and efficient through the party. Heritij was an excellent choice and we all would like to return. Very recommended.

The pastry f... read more The dishes we ordered were mostly flavoursome and nice especially the pippali chicken and the aubergine dish. The the other dishes weren’t so good. The pastry for the samosas were too thick and the lamb rendang lamb was too dry. They got our bill mixed up which had to be sorted. Also, the staff were too attentive- they checked up on us like almost every 5 mins.
