Fat Dumpling - Brisbane

Unfortunately, this business has decided to implement a “minimum fee” of $35/per person on weekends, I think this is annoying and as tallokal this has an end for me eating at this place again. there are many better Asian restaurants...local (nom nom or birds nest) or landfill joints in the city that do not treat their customers like cash cows. eating is mediocre and not enough to save this Shabby treatment and complete disregard for the experience and needs of its customers.

My man and I went one for a fast Sunday dinner and shared a offer of spicy green beans, sommes in chili oil and steamed garnel, pork. it was all very tasty, and the dumplings had a nice homemade feeling about them,...but we thought that the portions were something on the small side. nice, but expensive!

Only over $120 for four adults for lunch was good. we had a lot to eat, including spring rolls, roasted rice, pork and chive dumplings, xiao long bao and char sui bao. our waitress was a real character, friendly,...fun and helpful. not sure if I'd go back, as I think I'd rather be looking for better noodles.

Where do I start to say how bad this restaurant was. portioning were very small fried rice portion was shocking and terrible in taste cocktails were a catastrophe they save their money and spend it elsewhere

Great place for lunch. Food and service fantastic. We tried a bit of pretty much everything but the dumplings and pork belly were our favourites. Will be back
