Fantastic lunch to celebrate my Mum's 90th birthday. Excellent food and excellent service. Would definitely recommend.
The food was lovely and the restaurant has good food deals. The service was quite slow, but the staff were lovely and we understood it was very busy! I will definitely be returning soon.
Great lunch. We didn’t book and lucky to have gotten in as it was a bit busy. Lovely lunch choices. Service was fast and good. The desert menu wasn’t that great and a bit confusing as not all the pictures on the back they had. Great fish options too. Lovely atmosphere very light and modern. When we got coffee after our lunch it would have been great to have more non dairy options.
In this day and age within the hospitality industry you're normally asked if you have any allergies a few things concerned me on my visit . My Mother has an allergy to parsnips so we were concerned to if the chips and saute potatoes were cooked in the same fryers as the parsnip crisps on the Tapas menu . I have a allergy to fish and was extremely disappointed to see the display cabinet full of meat next to all the fresh fish just separated by a few cabbage leafs I would of thought this was cross contamination by being so close to each other as having a fish allergy this concerned me and made me feel physically sick . I must say the one thing I did notice was this is an extremely busy restaurant and the whole team work together in harmony . Service was extremely good and prompt the food was served piping hot and was delicious and full of flavour . There is an excellent choice of menu items . I will return as the service is so good but next time I will ask if they have any fresh meat stored away from the fish in the cabinet fridge .
Visiting my home town had an evening meal. Very good. But, the same couldn't be said of the lunch. Had the fish(frozen) or seemed like, flat hard batter, chips warm at best and not many. It didn't seem like the same restaurant. My wife had a steak to forget, what was there of it. 4 of us just under £100 with bottle of wine and a beer. O.k not a fortune but deserved better than was served.Evening good, lunch forget.
Nestled in a charming locale, this bustling restaurant has garnered attention for its vibrant atmosphere and harmonious team dynamics. Diners rave about the prompt, friendly service and the diverse menu offerings, highlighting everything from delectable seafood to indulgent desserts. While some have experienced inconsistencies between lunch and dinner services, the quality of food often shines through, especially with a la carte selections. Despite minor concerns over cross-contamination and drink service delays during peak times, guests frequently note the inviting ambiance and attentive staff, making it a beloved choice for both casual meals and special occasions. A definite gem worth revisiting.

We have visited this restaurant at numerous places and have never been disappointed by the quality of the food and wine. the personal is friendly and very helpful and would recommend it to everyone.
Last night had a fab 3 cursor meal with my other half. nothing was too much for the waiters, we were offered drinks as soon as we set ourselves and just have to have been a minute before us. the food was fresh and hot, perfectly cooked. seabass was filled in before us on the table and all employees worked so hard for everyone. I can't believe it was the first time. absolute jewel and will definitely return!
Business lunch with colleagues, came around 12.30 clock restaurant, beginning to be busy. sat in winter garden, chose the 2 course lunch menu. the personal took our beverage order immediately and returned to take our food order. garlic mushroom with sirloin steak pfefferminzes sauce to start with salt potatoes. we have been checked for numerous paintings that were perfect to demand additional drinks. the meal was absolutely delicious and the reasonable price-day worth. the menu is extensive and cannot wait to return to an evening to try the tapas.
A superb lunch with really good friendly efficient service.Food was great, just a few tapas rations Mussels in tomato chilli sauceTortilla (Spanish omlette)Garlic mushrooms Spicy potatoes All washed down with a really good house wine.Definitely recommend a visit here. The irony was I was visiting from Spain chose a Spanish restaurant for lunch. The restaurant decor was very good with a good outside terrace space. This is a great restaurant.
