Was yvon poulin at Fabrik 1801 a mag?
We took the small menu and I believe it was very well prepared and served by very professional waiters. The rabbit is excellent and to finish, a crème brûlée is also excellent. I recommend this restaurant, definitely worth the detour. View all feedback.

One hour hold to take the order. Without water or aperitif! Too long! Correct but no more. In view of the prices displayed, far too expensive! On the other hand very nice staff, quite sorry for having us waited but unable to serve us more quickly, given their insufficient number. View all feedback.

Very pleasant establishment. Good cuisine, good atmosphere and very friendly staff. I greet them in particular following my order problem (order never arrived). The staff, in addition to the reimbursement, had a commercial gesture. I've come before this day and I'll be back.
