The cuisine is refined, sophisticated, and full of subtlety, featuring superb ingredients and beautifully executed combinations (special mention for the chicken with foie gras sauce and the perfectly cooked fish). The side dishes are carefully prepared, always showcasing a variety of vegetables. There's a fine selection of natural wines, original and of excellent quality. The owner is very friendly and the service is warm. A sure bet where you can't go wrong.

We tried the foie gras made by the owner of Ba... read more I come here occasionally, and the wine has never disappointed me, with excellent recommendations from the server. We tried the foie gras made by the owner of Baragwin, which was delicious. We also tried the charcuterie and cheese platter. I'm already familiar with Sten Marc's cheeses, which are very good, and as for the charcuterie, I've never eaten anything as good! We'll be back!
