Even though tofu substitution for any egg dish wasn't listed on the menu, the waitress happily accommodated my request to make it vegan. It seems like this off-menu option is quite common. My boyfriend enjoyed the huevos rancheros and now thinks tofu substitution would also be a great choice for that dish. We will definitely try that next time.

One person in o... read more I recently dined at this restaurant for a work dinner. I decided on it because it offered vegan options, though I didn't have high expectations. One person in our group ordered the vegan falafel bowl, while another vegan diner chose the vegetable tagine (which can be made vegan by excluding the tzatziki sauce). We were a bit surprised by the smaller portion size of the tagine in comparison to the bowl, especially considering the prices. However, we were pleased with the freshness and delicious flavors of our meals. Despite its size, the tagine ended up being satisfyingly filling. The service was good and the atmosphere was pleasant. I would definitely consider returning in the future.

The selection of adult beverages was impressive, and the bar had a pleasant atmosphere. The menu offered plenty of great options, and we really enjoyed the moussaka and falafel. I will definitely return when I have more time to explore and try more dishes from the menu!

Dave K. got back to me via email... read more I reached out to BoLD using their "private event" request form in April 2024, looking to book a Sunday brunch for August 2024. Dave K. got back to me via email within 24 hours, confirming that he could manage the event. I promptly replied to his initial questions the very next day and followed up on April 26, May 28, and June 14 to get a response. Unfortunately, after his initial enthusiastic reply, I never heard from him again. During this time, I explored other venues in Breck as well, and had a fantastic experience at another location (Continental Divide Winery). I found it disappointing that Dave lacked the courtesy and professionalism to get back to me; it would have been fine if he simply indicated he was no longer interested in our event, but being ignored was quite frustrating.
