It seems like this restaurant's staff doesn't like paying attention. This is the third time I ordered pizza and they gave me one with the wrong topping. Seriously, what is going on in the kitchen? Am I interrupting your poker game or something?
The service was phenomenal!We went right after rush hour. It was quite and we got to play a game without interruption.Mojos were on the small side. Reason for .I guess that's a part of shrinkflation?
The staff in the kitchen seemed to overlook our order, as their main focus was on the bunch n lunch buffet. However, the young man at the register was exceptionally kind and helpful. I felt sorry for him, having to deal with the complaints due to the poor performance of the kitchen team. The food was okay overall, and they're particularly known for their pizza, mojos, and chicken. One suggestion would be to upgrade the salad lettuce to a spring mix.
This location was above and beyond accommodating for our daughter’s birthday order. Food was all so fresh and delicious. Will definitely be back!
The manager, Hector, was excellent. He was friendly and attentive, paying great attention to detail, which I really appreciated. After we finished our meal, I placed a to-go order for my brother and shared how much the restaurant has changed for the better. I definitely plan to return! Hector personally brought our order to us and wished us a blessed day. The service was outstanding, and Hector and his team have definitely won us back. I look forward to visiting again soon!
