Buffalo Wild Wings - Brea

First of all they can't even see the open table reservations so that was a waste of time. The food was luke warm at best..although the pretzel was good. My son's food came out 15 minutes after our food came out. Trying to flag down a server was ridiculous because it seemed that they had 1 server for the bar and the dining area because it was lunch time. Service was terribly slow. This used to be a favorite place of mine to eat. I hate to say that I will never be going back to that BWW again.

I gave 5 starts for food service.. but 1 start for checking in people.. bad service.. employees not organized. Didn't even see the manager to help they out or to help the clients.. other than that food was delicious.. 5 starts for that...

The floors were very dirty and trash all over the place. They need to clean up the tables by the street view!! Also the guy who sat us down didn’t even try to help with open table reservations did not care if we got our points or be penalized for him not inputting we showed up.
