The new General Manager, Joe, has truly transformed this location. His friendliness, dedication, and pride in revamping the restaurant are palpable from the moment you walk in.One thing that truly impressed me was seeing Joe himself cleaning around the bar area. That level of dedication is hard to find, and it sets the tone for the entire establishment.The staff at Kelsey's are not only pleasant but also genuine. Engaging in great conversation with them was a delightful part of my visit. It's clear that they take pride in providing excellent service.I had the pleasure of ordering the cajun wings, and they were nothing short of fantastic. The perfect blend of flavors left me craving for more. To complement my meal, I enjoyed a 13oz glass of wine, and the prices were incredibly reasonable for such an amazing selection.What's even more exciting is that Kelsey's is well-equipped for hosting client events. The restaurant is set up with screens and speakers that ensure a smooth and seamless presentation. This is definitely on my radar for future events.I can't wait to return to Kelsey's soon. In the past we've had mistakes on our orders, especially on take... read more My family and I have been going to this location for a long time but today was the last straw. In the past we've had mistakes on our orders, especially on take out/pick up but what has bothered us the most was the disgusting smell emanating from the bathrooms! When I take my young daughter to the ladies room here we always try to hold our noses as we use the facilities. Thankfully we're quick and get out fast but today.... as soon as we stepped in the door, the enitre restaurant smelled like the dirty back alley that always comes from the bathroom. Pretty sure they had the bathroom door propped open to air it out (I've seen this done in the past) but today the whole restaurant smelled like an outhouse! I just don't understand how after years of service the management has allowed this disgusting situation to continue to the point that the whole restaurant reeks like urine. Makes me wonder how they clean their tables and kitchens!? Needless to say we will never be going back to this location as enough is enough. You have to be nose blind to want to eat here let alone work here. Truly disgusting!

The first time i came here in january of 2023 was great, i had no complaints. food was unreal, staff was great. second time around in may my husband ordered din... read more The first time i came here in january of 2023 was great, i had no complaints. food was unreal, staff was great. second time around in may my husband ordered dinner for take out and ordered the same thing we got the first time and the food was horrible. i ordered the green thai curry on noodles and it was dry, cold, gross and the portion was extremely small and the broccoli wasn't cooked....my husband ordered the chicken burger and it was dry as well and missing toppings....we decided to give you guys another try yesterday september 15 and y'all were HORRIBLE. service was horrendous! we asked to sit on the patio when we first came in and we were told it was closed...it was 25 degrees and beautiful weather but whatever we sat inside and we're asked if we would like anything so we asked for water. the water never came but another waitress came and asked if we wanted to order entree's so we did and asked for water as well. first of all, you were out of pita when we ordered the spinach dip so we got chips instead...not a big deal, the entree came but still not waters. so the next time our waitress came around we ordered the two non alcoholic beverages and asked for water again. the other drinks came but no water. so when we ordered our mains we asked for water again and it finally came but when i got my order of thai green curry again, it was made with ramen noodles and not the noodles it was made with the first two times I ordered which is just really inconsistent. then while we were waiting to flag down our waitress for the bill which took forever we noticed the hostess lead three people out to the patio that we were told was closed when we first came....? why not tell us that you opened it so we could sit outside....? very disappointed because it's not like you were busy either....there were two other couples dining and maybe three people at the bar....we will not be coming back here.

It felt like a complete waste of m... read more I received burnt and partially uncooked kettle chips with my takeout order, which I found to be very rude and unprofessional. It felt like a complete waste of money, and I couldn't even finish the chips. I was tempted to give it a 1-star rating for the experience. I suggest that the chef needs better training on frying techniques. I have also included a picture of what I was served.
