An awesome new McDonald's in the north part of Brampton this McDonald's has all the latest and greatest McDonald's technology.

To say that "you know what you're getting" with a McDonald's is a misstatement.

Since the pandemic, this location has gone down the hill, it seems they have let all adults and responsible staff go and set up racist young employees. I have to have changes to my sandwiches and 75% of the time that's wrong. They end... going back from home, just to be received by posture. Your evening staff and managers are terrible, I was told they didn't throw on my bun, and after the demand for the manager, she said the same and told me to go. Last night they put my safety at risk after I made my food wrong, I had to go in. When I left the house, I thought it was a quick ride through the barrel, so I went to my sleeping clothes. When I had to come back from the parking lot with the food, I had to go in. Unfortunately, the doors are all locked and only the open door is through next to the drive. When I went in, I had men of two cars, the cat cried and came out of their cars. And when I came to the staff, it started to see me in my sleeping clothes and was very disillusioning when I told them they screwed up my order.

I went to this place of McDonald's to get some hot chocolate, brownies and some other things, none of the other sites have this problem, but this staff is always rude and have their own rules. with sandwich if you take 4 and after... an additional sauce they say they want to extra charge you for hot chocolate I said you can double the cup or the sleeves it was answer that it will be extra charge. That was extremely annoying and not least Brownie was hard rock. so will never be back to this place for sure when they look into their customer service skills for their employees. Time spent
