The Christmas menu was delicious, but I think $125.00 per person was a bit steep, and adding $50.00 for wine pairing made it even more expensive. I appreciate Fieldings taking reservations for Christmas Eve, and since we were just visiting Bozeman, we felt fortunate to get into a place during this busy time. The service was top notch and they should be commended.
Wonderful Thanksgiving meal with a stellar wine pairing. Our server Sadie was attentive and so friendly. We had a great time! Definitely on the spendy side but worth it for a special occasion.
The service was excellent, and the waitress was friendly and enthusiastic. She was genuinely dedicated to providing great service without being overly intrusive. Dishes were cleared promptly. However, the food was only mediocre at best. Given the prices, one would expect a more exciting dining experience. Overall, it felt overpriced for what was offered.
The service was very attentive and good. We had the Brussel sprouts and the Caesar Salad as appetizers and they both were exceptional good. Great mix of flavors. Then my husband got the steak and I had the salmon and both were way over cooked. Plus, the portion for the steak was beyond small, so to pay $45 for a couple of over cooked morsels was ridiculous. The atmosphere was nice, but the air conditioning was blowing so hard that both my husband and I were freezing. Will not be going back.
Not worth the expense by a long shot. Wine pairing, not paired? Duck confit, duck breast. Was told turkey was drumstick dark meat, breast meat served. Meal not especially hot or even warm. Salad was made day before? Not a good experience. Waitstaff tried, more training in order.
