I went in for lunch and it must be a very popular place because it was packed. The vegan menu was only one page split into lunch and breakfast. It was around 12:30, so I was going to order from the lunch menu, but was then told they were only serving breakfast, so that cut the options quite a bit. I ordered something that had a mix of potatoes, beans, rice, and other vegetables. What I got was a very tiny portion abs... View all feedback.
At the Nova cafe you can have a separate vegan menu upon request. They serve smoothies, breakfast bowls (sweet and salty) and have dairy free milk. It is definitely a nice place to be especially for brunch on sundays.

I had the mermaid smoothie which was very nice, although everything comes in plastic, it is industrially-compostable, they were happy to accommodate not including a lid or straw even gave me extra fruit on top

They had about 8 vegan breakfast options and 8 vegan lunch options. I had the vegan breakfast burrito with cashew cheese. They also had fancy oatmeal and smoothie bowl options for those wanting something with no grease. That said, I didn't think the breakfast burrito was overly greasy at all. It was nice to find a restaurant with so many vegan options!
