I phoned up to get my food and he said I had 50 pounds worth of food so I should just keep it. There was not 50 pounds worth of food. 1 box and some prawns and a dam milkshake doesn’t not add up to 50 pounds! The person was very rude and all I wanted was my food that I actually ordered. He phoned back telling me to leave the food outside and they will get me my order and when I asked him to repeat my order it was wrong again. He phoned the wrong person! After that mess I said I want a refund, it was 10pm at night and this was ridiculous! I ordered at 8:20pm. Completely out of order as not only did they mess up my order they messed up ringing to apologise! We gave up on the order and put in a pizza in the oven. The same guy rang and apologised and Said I will get a refund and the food. So I took my pizzas out and an hour went by and still no dam food! I rang that guy and he said he didn’t say that, I heard it with my own ears! So infuriating. Poor service, poor communication and poor **** food! Seriously sort yourself out.

Called the rest... read more Ordered food through Just Eat at 1.30pm. Wrote a note to the restaurant with my special dietary request. Ordered arrived wrong, even the drink!! Called the restaurant to complain ask for my order to be delivered correctly. Staff can’t speak basic English so how do they read the allergy dietary requests??? It has now been 2 a half hours my food is not here. Despite calling the restaurant several times more! The staff don’t understand English at all!!! How are they employed in this country working with food??? Food allergies can be fatal!!!! WOK4GO you need to seriously look at your employees!!! This restaurant is supposedly under new management???!!! I cannot stress enough... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I shall be reporting them to the food safety hygiene department first thing tomorrow!! Incompetent staff could kill someone because they can’t read ENGLISH!!!!

I then got a phone call 45 minutes later saying they couldn’t find my address and that it didn’t exist. They said they would try and find it and call us when they are on the road because they have to deliver to another house first so would be an extra 20 minutes. 40 minutes later they tell me they are on the way where do they need to go, I gave them clear instructions and the driver said ok he will be in there in 5 minutes. It got to 21:55 and they hadn’t arrived so we called and the driver handed the phone to his manager to which he said he couldn’t deliever because we gave them a fake address and was incredibly rude calling us liars. They weren’t going to tell us they weren’t going to deliver they just thought we wouldn’t call or ask for a refund. It was absolutely disgusting how they treated both me and my husband and I urge you to never ever go here.

Chewy meats and chicken still pink! Beef still had hairs on it! and overall spicy to the point we couldn’t eat! When I called I was told tuff and shouldn’t order if I didn’t like spicy!! Told a manager would call me back but been ignored instead and no call back! Have reported to council for hygiene and hopefully get them shut down before they steal any more money from people!
