There are different portion options available, such as the pensioners portion which includes fish, chips, mushy peas, and a mug of tea for £5.45, and the student portion which includes fish, chips, and a drink for the same price. I found the extra charge of £1.00 for mushy peas to be a bit pricey. The fish was freshly cooked and the chips were tasty, although they could use more potato. The service was excellent. The chip shop received a 5-star hygiene rating, but I believe the sink area and floor could use a good scrub. Overall, I would highly recommend this chip shop. It is not located on the pier, but near shops and the park.
