Once inside, we were met with a rather unwelcoming attitude, being informed that the store was closed. While we understood and were prepared to leave, the staff member attempted to accommodate us but seemed frustrated, giving off a vibe that we were an inconvenience. Although she encouraged us to order, her tone was somewhat aggressive, which made us feel uncomfortable. Since we weren't sure what we wanted and were running out of time, we decided not to order at all. Overall, it was a disappointing experience due to the poor customer service.

They forgot to... read more Awful experience at Tealith Bubble Tea. I would strongly advise against going there; the place is dirty and dusty, and the manager is quite rude. They forgot to include the tapioca balls in my drink and instead added cheese foam. When I returned to request the missing tapioca, I was informed that it would cost 70p but that there was a minimum card spending requirement of £1. They expected me to spend an extra 30p just to fix their mistake. I refused, and they sent me away. The customer service was terrible, and the bubble tea was just mediocre.
