A really lovely night out. Attentive staff, busy open kitchen, £26 for a 3 course meal including 10oz rump steak. Very good, not many readers like this actual in Bournemouth, Westbourne
Totally disagree with Mr Jackson we have been going to Plates for a few years now. The location, setting and food is beautiful and the service has always been first class we have no complaints whatsoever and we will be back. Service at the Toby Carvery being better I find difficult to believe.
Very friendly staffs, good quality food and good portion. Ordered seafood dish but wasn't available at a time but offered alternative also nice. Good space between tables so you don't have to overhear somebody else conversation. Beautiful interior special windows as building itself use to be a church. Overall, very happy with visit will definitely return.
