Long waits for food and drinks, barel... read more Previously when I’ve visited Neo it’s been midweek and I had a great experience. This time it was extremely disappointing. Long waits for food and drinks, barely warm and rather bland food, dry desserts multiple drinks ordered that never arrived. The service we did receive was good however there were chunks of the evening where we were ignored.

It was my part... read more Our firs time to NEO and must say it was a beautiful evening. Marian saw to our every need very polite and professional. The food was incredible. It was my partners 50th Birthday and he was given a birthday card and a lovely birthday dessert with a candle. Will definitely be going again. Thank you Marian for a lovely evening.

Just cooked rice with vegetables, not a risotto. Atmosphere is nice over there and staff were great.

The staff were polite and efficient but it felt like they were going through the motions, and the atmosphere was a bit joyless.
