We went the other night with some friends when I went to order our drinks, service was really fast and when I askeed for one of the drinks to contain no alcohol the barman didn't even think about he instantly started mixing it up which was great and thank you. Will definitely visit again when down in Bournemouth. Thanks

Positives: Service was fantastic, the guy who served us was great and took good care of us. Afternoon tea comes with unlimited hot drinks from a pot of tea to specialty coffee, which is a real plus. Negatives: The bar needs a serious makeover, at first glance it looks nice but then as you look around it doesn’t look at all inviting. No atmosphere and not the special experience we were expecting and for a sky bar the view was a let down! By the time we left at 4pm it felt like we’d had afternoon tea in a dodgy hotel bar come nightclub! Food was not great at all; my sandwiches were ok, nothing special but I was hungry! My friend’s were virtually inedible,a beef one contained a piece of shoe leathershe couldn’t bite into it or even cut it and the bread fell apart in her hands. Small cakes; those were ate were either tasteless or overly sweet and we actually left a few of them. Scones; lovely strawberry jam and clotted cream and nice to get 2 each and both plain and fruit BUT they were very tough and tasteless. All in all I do NOT recommend Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: £50–60 Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1
