I didn't order anything, but I was in the car waiting to watch out, the personal was really fast and although it was really busy, still they managed to keep hygine. well-trained and neat, wants to try

Food was okay, However the guy over charged blatantly on the burger meals £8 each like buying the items individually would’ve cost £7, I couldn’t bother arguing with the guy as he was getting annoyed when I questioned him! Service was dreadful considering your dealing with customers you should be more pleasant. Overall not a great place and really need to be better when in a forward facing role, manners doesn’t cost a thing! If the owner reads this I suggest that overcharged money you should place in charity at the least!!!

This food is to lowest quality along with there service. I wouldnt let my dogs eat it the portions are awful and the staff are even worse.

I have been ordering from this restaurant for a while, but recently the quality has declined. I placed an order for takeaway and specifically stated in my order that I did not want coleslaw in my wrap. When I received my order, I found coleslaw in the wrap. I called the restaurant and explained the situation, mentioning that I have a cabbage allergy (which is found in coleslaw) and offered to exchange the wrap for one without coleslaw. The person I spoke to said I would have to pay for a new wrap and delivery because the receipt showed that I had ordered coleslaw. I insisted that my receipt did not show this and asked him to send it to me via WhatsApp. Despite agreeing to do so, he ignored my request and continued to insist that I was at fault. He spoke to me in a condescending manner throughout the conversation. I initially did not plan to leave a negative review, but due to the rude and unhelpful attitude of the staff, I felt it was necessary to warn others. I am glad I checked my order before eating, as it could have had serious consequences for me. Unfortunately, I was left without food for myself even though I had paid for it.
