The foyer and public areas are very well furnished as are the rooms. Our room was a good size and the bathroom was modern and well equipped. We quite happy with our stay and would recommend this hotel at the price we paid.

Food excellent,drinks not overcharged.staff excellent everything clean and tidy.near to bus station .a bit of a hill to hotel from buses,shops close by.a large park close by,and a nice walk through the park to the pier and beach. We have just had a week holiday at the Norfolk Royale and had a great time

The serving staff were polite and helpful without being overbearing. I would say the hotel could do with a spruce up but I heard they will be closing for a refurb under the new owners. I hope they keep the art deco feel to the place. Well located for a trip to Bournemouth.

The hotel... read more The hotel was in need of renovation and experienced some minor issues, but they were promptly resolved by the efficient, friendly, and helpful staff. The hotel was clean, the food was satisfactory, and it was conveniently located near all amenities. However, the hotel was situated on a hill, making it a challenging walk from the seafront, especially for those with mobility issues. Despite this, we enjoyed our stay.

The staff was friendly, the location was great as it was just a short walk to the beach. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were both very warm and enjoyable. The breakfast offered was delicious. Overall, it was a great experience.
