Breakfast here is absolutely perfect; the chef truly knows his craft. You can see the dedication and effort put into the food—it’s refreshing to find someone who genuinely cares about their work, especially since it seems to be rare these days. I also sampled the tapas, which were delightful. Mike clearly has extensive knowledge about food and engages with customers in a warm, personal way, reminiscent of how it used to be—take note! I usually don’t return to places often, but this spot is an exception. You definitely should give it a try. Initially, I was a bit put off by the loud music coming from the entrance, but once I stepped inside and settled down, I found the upbeat and positive Caribbean-inspired tunes quite enjoyable. My order was taken quickly, prepared in an open kitchen, and arrived in no time. The food was delicious, and the option to customize my breakfast was perfect for someone like me who can be particular and often feels awkward asking for modifications. I will definitely return. We made a reservation at Caters for yesterday evening, only to arrive and discover a sign on the door stating that it was closed due to staff illness. No one attempted to reach out to inform us or offer to reschedule our visit. Ironically, their automated booking system even sent a confirmation message for our booking. This level of customer service is unacceptable. Service: 1
