Lovely Italian women that serve us really take pride in thier coffee. Not usually one for chains but Nero is the best of them all and this one in particular because the staff are engaging and make top quality coffee working really hard day in day out. Thank you x

Excellent chai latte, food good but few vegetarian options. Music was very soothing after a busy week and intense Christmas shopping day!
