The Chef has been at the hotel a number of years and has a free rein to put his own twist on his recipes. Flavours of French and Asian cuisine slide seamlessly into his menu. Recommended. If you are looking for somewhere to stay in Bournemouth this hotel is also ideally located for the town centre and of course the 7 miles of beach. We found the... read more We went to the restaurant on a Sunday evening in the middle of January. There were not many people dining. The staff were attentive and welcoming. We found the menu to be limited with few options. Since there were not many patrons, there was a lack of atmosphere, but we should have taken that into consideration when making our reservation.
