The ribs and brisket were good (not amazing, but good). I expected a little bbq meat in the beans. They were a little plain. Coleslaw was uniquely flavorful. Service of the order to the table was fast but ended there. This is a self service restaurant,so expect that going in.
Absolutely spectacular BBQ. I?ve missed good brisket since I left Houston, and Smokin Bones is all that. My meal was amazing, and I would recommend the marbled brisket to anyone. It is gluten friendly, which was helpful to me, and the staff are helpfuland friendly. I?ve been told it is run by a family, and they sure act like they actually get along and have a good time. I willbe back.
