They show a great deal of respect for their customers and take the time to provide thorough education.

It has been a fantastic place for me... read more I have really enjoyed visiting this Protein shop. The staff has always been friendly and helpful whenever I have questions. It has been a fantastic place for me to buy protein products, and I've been a loyal customer since I started going to Vasa. However, recently I’ve been making an effort to shop before they close at 9 PM. The other day, I arrived at the store just 5 minutes before closing, and to my surprise, they turned me away. I didn’t even want a shake; I just wanted to purchase a supplement. The employee informed me that he had already shut down the system and that rebooting would take about 5 minutes. Due to this experience, I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere. I find it quite unprofessional to turn away customers when your store is still open for another 5 minutes.

However, I’ve noticed that they frequently open late, often by 15 to 30 minutes. This habit feels unprofessional, especially since it's located in the gym—it's not very convenient for those of us who like to work out in the morning. I would appreciate it if they could resolve this issue so I can consider returning as a customer.

I went in to purchase a supplement, and the employee seemed completely absorbed in a game on his phone, barely acknowledging me at all. After I asked several questions, he finally came around the counter to assist me, but he continued playing the game right in front of me without even making eye contact. I sincerely apologize to the business owner for this review, but I think it's crucial to focus on improving customer service among the staff, as suggested by other reviews. I did give an extra star for the good product selection.
