Sadly had to change my review after getting ripped off with two puny hard overcooked chicken strips in each taco we ordered, and then when we call to work it out, they treat us like trash or didn’t believe that they stiffed us on meat, basically accused us of lying, and said we had to drive back to the store and show them, a pic wasn’t good enough. Hello, we just ordered delivery for a reason. Sad to see the standards slipping there. Didn’t try to resolve in any way.
The lettuce was basically rotten and all gooey. Absolutely disgusting. For enchiladas they put about a tablespoon worth of meat on there. Not worth $10. The service was also horrible. Waited for 5 minutes to be helped inside directly in front of the staff without being greeted or acknowledged in any way with no other customers in front of me. I used to love this location, clearly has gone downhill. DO NOT Recommend!
Despite online ordering showing a price of $0.00 for an a la carte kid’s quesadilla, when I ordered in store for takeout I was charged $2.47 each for a total of $7.42. The inconsistency was frustrating and increased the cost by more than I expected. We will not be returning.
We have been to a lot of locations now and something I love is the authentic feel of the Hispanic workers. I love that they speak Spanish! Good service. Good food. As usual. Baby, toddler and kid shared salad with mom. All loves it! #localfluence
I don?t typically leave reviews? but after 4 times of going to this location and every time dealing with similar things, I?m fed up and won?t be back? this last visit was at 7pm on a Friday and 2 chicken enchiladas. Minimal chicken, sauce, and beans as inthe picture. After the fryer I asked for pico and lettuce. VERY minimal as well. I asked for more of both and was told that wasan up charge? I?ve been to other locations and the portions are FAR bigger with no push back from the employees. Also, why arethey asking for tips at the register!!!??? Please stop unless I dine in then I?ll leave my tip at the table for the bus boy.Just bad service all the way around. Instead of a dinner I got a snack! Other locations are far better!!!
