Zeal
Description
Bright, charming spot offering organic, ethically minded cuisine with a diverse, customizable menu that satisfies vegans, paleo and gluten‑free diners as well as meat lovers. Warm, attentive staff and an inviting patio add to the relaxed, clean atmosphere; eco touches include compostable to‑go packaging. Desserts (olive oil cake, s'mores bar, apple crisp) are standout. Expect thoughtful service rather than fast‑food speed, and occasional unevenness in a few dishes.

This restaurant is truly fantastic. The food is excellent, clean, and offers a wide variety of options for different dietary needs, including AIP, Paleo, Candida, Whole30, and more. The bowls are not only delicious but can also be customized to your preference. If you get the chance, definitely try the olive oil cake if it’s on the menu!
The food at this restaurant was simply delightful! The menu features a diverse selection of dishes, and everything we tried was incredibly fresh and delicious. The staff is incredibly friendly, too. When the kitchen misplaced our appetizer order, they generously offered it to us for free. I will definitely be coming back!
The food and service were outstanding. The menu offers a wide variety of options to cater to all kinds of dietary needs, including vegan and gluten-free choices!
This charming little eatery in Landmark focuses on organic and ethical cuisine, boasting some remarkable offerings. They have an abundance of açai bowls, delicious vegan options, and even dishes for meat lovers! A standout recommendation is the cashew cheese macaroni with pesto, especially when you add shrimp and substitute chicken broth for the usual veggie broth. (Definitely less vegan, but worth it!) The chef was enthusiastic about working at a restaurant that prioritizes fair wages and cares deeply about food quality, and that passion truly shines through in their dishes.
I recently discovered my new favorite restaurant in DTC! The ambiance is beautiful and bright, creating an inviting atmosphere. They are very accommodating when it comes to dietary restrictions, including vegan, vegetarian, and gluten/dairy-free options. The staff even made a point to confirm that I had no restrictions while I was ordering. The food is absolutely amazing! Every dish I tried was spot on. The dessert, the olive oil cake, was so delicious that I nearly finished it before I remembered to take a photo! I enjoyed the sweet potato bisque and the tofu tikka masala (pictures below). If you find yourself in DTC, be sure to check out this restaurant – you won’t be disappointed!
