Located on the outskirts of North Boulder, this authentic Mexican restaurant offers a diverse menu with plenty of options. Be cautious, though—you might find yourself filling up on the flavorful chips and salsa, which pack a bit of heat. The dishes are perfectly seasoned, delivering a wonderful taste. I was fortunate enough to enjoy dinner here, and it was the best Mexican food I’ve had in a long time.
