I visited this restaurant with some colleagues and found a few vegan options on the menu. Unfortunately, they were quite greasy and didn’t leave a lasting impression.

The food is spiced to my preference (I enjoy a good kick!), and they were great at suggesting dishes since I wasn't familiar with some of the choices. The service is fast, and the prices are very reasonable. I would confidently say this is the best vegan restaurant in the Boulder/Denver area (and yes, I've tried Watercourse and Leaf—Tiffin's is better)! The food is consistently fantastic, and the friendly staff enhances the experience, helping with recommendations and customizing meals to your liking. I almost ordered their naan, which I later realized wasn’t vegan, but the woman assisting me asked if I was vegan after seeing my other choices. When I confirmed, she kindly informed me and directed me to a delicious alternative that was suitable. I also appreciate supporting a small family business in an area that's increasingly dominated by chains.
