Orders are extremely slow, they always have a shortage of employees, and the existing employees take out their frustrations on customers. Overall, it is a terrible experience. If you must go to Taco Bell, choose a different location. This has been the worst and least friendly staff I have ever come across.

After waiting for twenty minutes, it was my turn to order, but then the person on the intercom told me they only had two workers and it was time for their break, so they closed for a few minutes in the middle of lunch rush! Wow. I feel sorry for the workers, but they didn't handle the situation well either. I definitely won't be going back, and I wouldn't be surprised if they go out of business soon.

Different employees pretend to be the manager and there is constant turnover. The food is usually prepared incorrectly and is messy. It is better to drive across town to a different restaurant. Don't waste your time here.

My girlfriend and I just ordered food through the drive through and when we got home the first item we pulled out of the bag wasn't even wrapped and lettuce and cheese spilled everywhere when we pulled it out of the bag, my cheesy Gordita crunch shell was raw, the potatoes in my taco were burnt and hard as a rock, my girlfriends beefy layer was missing, and her beef burritos were tiny, about the same length as a Bic lighter! We will certainly never be visiting this taco bell again!
