I opted for a vegan dish that wasn’t on the menu; the chef, Scott, prepared a light and incredibly flavorful entree featuring local vegetables, topped with a generous piece of butternut squash, sun-dried tomatoes, and pistachios. Everything came together beautifully. The presentation was like a work of art. We took our time to savor each bite, and we had to resist the temptation to lick our plates clean. My husband gave a robust thumbs-up to the red wine blend, Seduction. We dined on the deck, which offered stunning views to the south and west. The summer clouds in Boulder were in full display, providing us with a captivating light and shadow show. We truly enjoyed every moment. I absolutely adore Sweet Water Kitchen, as well as the talented, kind, and knowledgeable staff. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I was a bit anxious about taking the 3-mile detour from Capitol Reef to Tropic, but it’s well worth the trip! The restaurant is nestled among the trees and mountains, making it feel like a true escape. Although we didn't try their famous burger, which is made from beef sourced from their own ranch, everything we ordered was fantastic! The restaurant is connected to a ranch guest house, and I wish we had known about it sooner—it would have been a perfect place to stay! We will definitely come back next time!

We were driving from Moab to Bryce Canyon, we made a longer drive to enjoy DIXIE natural forest park, and couldn't be more happy to stop here for dinner. Everything is from the farm, they are delicious and even better with the stunning view

Their farm-to-table concept with locally sourced fresh vegetables, fruits, meats are healthy very tasty. Beautiful scenery, friendly service , cozy ambiance. We really had a wonderful time.
