The service at this establishment was awful. We visited for my niece's wedding over Memorial weekend two months ago. We rented a property called Bella House, owned by the ranch owner, and it was plagued with significant issues—no hot water, no heating, and the only way to get internet was to stand outside in the pouring rain next to the main house with my phone. I requested a discount on the $325 per night rate, but my request was completely ignored. My niece mentioned that the owner was very disorganized and difficult to deal with; she even had the wrong time scheduled for the wedding. It's clear that these people should not be running a business.
This place is truly enchanting! The setting is stunning and conveniently located near numerous incredible hiking trails. The restaurant offers an excellent menu. I highly recommend visiting!
Gabby went out of her way to help me with a last minute reservation. Secluded and a wonderful place to stay off the main road. Dirt/gravel road is passable on a motorcycle.
This restaurant is lovely, and I highly recommend it. It has a serene and peaceful atmosphere.
Our accomodation was changed just a day before check-in from Boulder Moutain Guest Ranch to a Headwaters Studio. Seems it was because of wedding party in Boulder Moutain Guest Ranch and they need al lrooms for guests. As we were looking for a one-night room on our trip from Capitol Reef National park to Escalante area, the change was not a problem for us. Communication with management about the change was fine, we received all details and direction to the place, as well as detailed self check-in instructions. The place Headwaters studio was also fine. It is located at the ranch, we were the only guests there. We feel safe, the home (room) was nice and clean, with a coffee maker, fridge ... all what you need for one night was there. Comfortable bed, internet was working well there. As a summary : all was fine, I would stay there (or at Boulder Mountain Guest Ranch) again, if coming to that area.
