But more than that, apparently the idea of light on the sauce is completely void from this place. I am not interested in a Dairy Queen-style sandwich blizzard with equal parts liquids and solids.

The person taking orders looks me up and d... read more So I order my sandwich through the app so it's ready when I get there. I stand near the Express Pickup sign and wait. The person taking orders looks me up and down, doesn't even glance at my sandwich behind him then goes back to taking orders. This sort of behavior should be unacceptable for a company that goes through all the trouble to allow their customers to skip the line by ordering ahead of time through the use of an app. I think they actually ended up deeming his behavior unacceptable and let him go because I haven't seen him there in a while, so 5 stars.
