Description
In recent visits to a popular local café, patrons have expressed their frustrations over inconsistent service and product quality. Some have reported improperly made drinks, including a London Fog missing key ingredients like milk and vanilla. Others were disappointed by their orders being served half-full, which dampened their overall experience. Customer service also came under scrutiny, with encounters marked by indifference and lack of attentiveness from staff. While many love this café for its offerings, these recent incidents highlight a need for improvement in both product preparation and customer service, leaving some patrons reconsidering their loyalty.

I usually love this restaurant, but today I ordered a chia venti and it was only half full. I hadn't even taken a sip yet when I realized how empty it was. I was very disappointed.
The server working today had a negative attitude towards me and lacked customer service skills. Despite standing right next to the cashier, she failed to notice when I was ordering my panini. She needs better training to improve her attention to customers.
So we hit this local and the young front counter woman is very chill and rings up $35 worth of coffee drinks, bag of drank roast and a sandwich. My Grande is about half foam so I ask the dark haired male server for a few ounces more regular coffee.Get this, he tries to charge .54 cents and claims the $35 Is irrelevant ? WTH service and common sense is that? Done with SBucks. Talk about Corp greed.
Just because you turn your clocks six minutes early does not mean it's 8 o'clock...
I ordered a londoner fog today, there were only two tees bags of ohrengrau. there was no milk and no vanilla, as it should be in an iondoner nebel. I didn't notice until I had to work. I called this place to correct the situation. the woman on the phone told me that next time I could get a refund or a drink in the house. I appreciate the solution, and it wasn't the best experience of having died.
