They are either the pinnacle of croissants baking or an entirely different cuisine. Delicious. Heard about them in Estes Park where they supply to local coffee stores. Drove to Boulder to get some from the main store! Unbelievably good. Pro Tip: get them warmed! Great staff! Lovely place!

The scones are always delic... read more We've been going to Spruce Confections for over 18 years. We were delighted to stop by again this morning to pick up a few pastries. The scones are always delicious and my husband thoroughly enjoyed his ham and gruyere croissant. The lattes are always a delight too. We sat outside to soak up the glorious sun and view while savoring our treats. Thank you Spruce for always making us !!!
