Saucy Cluckers - Boulder

I can't praise Saucy Cluckers enough! We went to VegFest to try them out, and while we were efficiently moving through the line, we took a moment to thank one of the staff members who was incredibly kind. When we placed our order, she made sure we knew we could customize it without us even needing to ask. Our food was ready in no time, and it was undoubtedly some of the best vegan food I've ever had (I've been vegan for 7 years). As if that weren't enough, this fantastic woman also supports important causes, such as Planned Parenthood. I'm all for supporting this amazing business! When she took our order, she made modifications available without us even having to ask. Our food was ready in no time, and it was undoubtedly some of the best vegan cuisine I've ever had (I've been vegan for 7 years). To top it all off, this business owner actively supports important causes, such as Planned Parenthood. I wholeheartedly support this amazing establishment! The staff is fantastic, and the food is served quickly and tastes amazing. I've tried the Tater Death twice – once with Buffalo sauce and once with maple bacon. Wow, this food truck offers something truly unique! Their wings are made from chopped seitan wrapped in yuba and then fried. We tried the buffalo wings, and I loved how the sauce seemed to be fried right into the yuba, which means they weren't a messy drippy situation. We also ordered the sandwiches, which featured the same chopped seitan chick'n and brown sugar BBQ sauce. They were fantastic! For $12, you get two sandwiches. They're larger than sliders, but one alone might not be enough to fill you up. However, they're great for sharing. Lastly, we got the nachos topped with buffalo chick'n and delicious melted cheese. I believe this was only their second outing, and I really hope they do well and stick around!
