Salt - Boulder
Salt
Description
Local regulars are disappointed that favorite menu items have been removed at the restaurant, along with a complaint about the warm ambiance. Another diner expressed disappointment with the quality of the food during a special date night, finding the seafood risotto fishy and the vegetable platter flavorless. A group was let down by the lack of availability of items during happy hour, uneven wine pours, incorrect billing, and confusion about the fair wage fee. One reviewer criticized the restaurant for switching to QR codes and smartphone ordering, stating this took away from the human element of dining. However, there were positive experiences noted as well, with one group having a great time with friends for a date night out and another group thoroughly enjoying their meal, the service, and ambiance. Additionally, two reviewers left very positive comments about their experiences at the restaurant, highlighting the outstanding food, service, and overall dining experience. Overall, while there were some disappointments and critiques, there were also instances of enjoyable visits and high praises for the restaurant.

How sweet is this place?! it was a few times here and it was a funny little place to catch with a friend, take drinks and bite them.
I have tried to try this restaurant because it has developed from wild standard. yesterday I ordered an salat for the takeout and reported to the restaurant bar.
I am a little surprised to see the review because I think that this is a great place to visit! beautiful atmosphere in a great location, delicious eating with.
Ironic name given most of the food lacked precisely in salt. What did it not lack in? Arugula! Order flatbread, get arugula. Order grilled octopus, get arugula. Order scallops, get arugula. Truly fantastic. The kitchen must be equipped with a timemachine that materializes arugula from the 2013 restaurant fad onto dinners' plates as of they'd asked for it. What can't theirtime machine help with, you ask? Ensure you get seated for dinner after 8:15pm that seems to be an absolute even theirtechnology cannot overcome. PS. Drinks were good and so was service.
Stopped in for dinner, and lucked into a table for two after a reservation cancelled. It was just ok. The charcuterie was meat only cheese comes as a separate item on the menu. Ordered a cocktail and the pork chop special. The pork chop and lentils weregreat, but the broccolini was tough to the point of inedible. The cocktail (East India Company) was nothing to write homeabout. Service was great though.
